What’s better than Champagne? Cocktails made with Champagne! Here are Team cuirl’s favourites for celebrating


Classic Champagne Cocktail

This decadent cocktail of champagne laced with cognac is perfect for special occasions.


  1. Place a sugar cube on a napkin.
  2. Carefully drip 6 dashes of Angostura Bitters onto the sugar cube.
  3. Put the soaked sugar cube in a champagne flute.
  4. Add 20 ml Martell V.S.O.P. Cognac.
  5. Top up the glass with Perrier Jouët Non Vintage Champagne.
  6. Finish with a small orange twist.


French 75 Cocktail

A sweet cocktail made with gin, lemon juice and champagne, the French 75 is always popular at cocktail parties and special celebrations.


  1. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the 30 ml of Beefeater London Dry Gin,  20 ml lemon juice and 10 ml of sugar syrup.
  3. Shake for around 7 seconds.
  4. Strain into a champagne flute.
  5. Top up with champagne.
  6. Finish with a lemon twist and a maraschino cherry.


Bellini Cocktail

Perfect for a party, special celebration or get together, the Bellini is a sweet cocktail made with champagne and peach purée.


  1. Chill your champagne.
  2. Add the 50 ml peach purée to a champagne flute.
  3. Top up with G. H. Mumm Non Vintage Champagne.
  4. Stir gently for 20 seconds.


Kir Royale Cocktail

A sweet champagne cocktail the Kir Royale is made with a splash of blackcurrant liqueur to give it a fruity twist.


  1. Chill your champagne.
  2. Add 5 ml crème de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur) to your champagne flute.
  3. Slowly pour in Perrier Jouët Non Vintage Champagne.
  4. Stir gently until it is evenly mixed.
