Fever Tree ginger beer
15ml
gomme syrup
25ml
lime juice
10ml
crème de cassis
40ml
Olmeca Altos blanco tequila

Method

  1. some ice cubes to your highball glass.
  2. in the tequila, cassis, lime juice and gomme syrup.
  3. for for 25 to 30 seconds.
  4. up with ginger beer.
  5. with a lime wedge.

How to make super-fast gomme syrup

Add equal parts water and sugar to a plastic container with a lid. Seal it up tight. Shake hard until all the sugar has dissolved.

How to keep party punch ice cold

If you are scaling up the recipe fill a plastic container with water. When you’re ready to serve, run cold water over the ice to loosen it from the container then add to your punch bowl.
